The Revalidation Management System has been created through the collaboration of Zircadian and 360 Clinical. Both organisations are experts and market leaders in their chosen fields and together an impressive Revalidation solution has been created. During the design phase, quality has been paramount but with a constant focus on saving doctors time and trouble. How will the Revalidation Management System help your organisation?.......
1. RMS will save time and money in filing documents electronically for anual Appraisal. It is quick to transfer existing paper or electronic portfolios onto the system.
2. RMS will automatically keep track and update doctors with GMC, DH and Royal College requirements
3. It contains an automated appraisal management system that covers many of the AQMA requirements
4. The system organises the review process for Educational Supervisors and produces anual reports for Deaneries
5. If requested, RMS can provide access to 360 Clinicals colleague and patient feedback service
6. If requested, RMS can provide access to Zircadians Job Planning facility
7. The RMS system contains a function that organises and tracks mandatory training requirements.
8. RMS produces an information overview for a Responsible Officer on individual doctors.
We are piloting the system this year at a number of Trusts. If you would like to take part in the pilots or would just like to know how the system works please let us know. We anticipate that the completed system will be available for use at the end of 2010 ready for Revalidation proper
