Welcome to the on line 360° Clinical service for doctors.

360° Clinical is an organisation dedicated to providing a national IT based 360-feedback system to the medical profession for all doctors including GP's and hospital doctors.

What is 360?

360 Clinical is working in partnership with the Royal College of Physicians in continuing to develop a high quality 360 assessment system for all doctors, based on the validated pilot study produced on behalf of the Academy of Medical Royal Colleges. The assessment is designed for educational, developmental, clinical governance and revalidation purposes and the continuing exclusive collaboration will ensure investment in further quality improvements in both the questionnaire and associated processes.  The Questionnaire has been validated for all specialties.

We would like to stress that this is a generic questionniare that has been validated for the majority of specialties. For details of the research please click here.

The Royal College of Radiologists is currently piloting a recertification portfolio. 360 Clinical is supporting the MSF section of this project. For further information click here

Use the 360 Clinical web based system for your own questionnaire

As the 360 Clinical system is working successfully with high response rates, we would like to invite other organisations to use our software to administer their questionnaires. This may be of interest to Royal Colleges and other organisations that have national questionnaires to administer to large numbers of people. PMETB

PMETB have suggested "Examples of the kinds of evidence you might produce" for eligibility for the Specialist Register. Under these suggestions PMETB have given "Evidence from 360 feedback or surveys of colleagues or patients".
