to the clinical governance lead who carries out further appropriate
assessments to establish the competence of the doctor and/or environmental
factors affecting performance. As a result of this investigation appropriate
support would be provided.

develop into problems, potentially preventing harm to patients and
suspensions

information is confidential to the doctor.
