Joanna Parker - Swift
Founder and CEO
Jo's connection with healthcare began almost 20 years ago when she founded Miad UK - a bespoke doctor training company that contributed to the personal development of over 20 000 doctors across the UK and beyond. A key client, Guy's and St Thomas Foundation Trust, asked Jo to collaborate on an electronic version of their successful but cumbersome and insecure appraisal system in 2002 and the rest, as they say, is history.
Jo remains a Key Opinion Leader in the field of MSF and regularly meets with DoH, GMC and AMRC leaders to discuss developments and next steps.
A genuinely "hands-on" CEO, Jo still personally conducts many of the initial training sessions for trusts and hosts regular seminars to check feedback and illustrate best practice.

Simon Monkman
Managing Director
Simon Monkman joined forces with 360 Clinical early in 2008 after a successful career in Leisure (CEO of Wycombe Wanderers Football Club) and Healthcare (Board roles with Nuffield and Priory Group). Simon is responsible for developing and implementing all new assessment services in the UK and overseas such as the successful KSF-based nurse assessment system designed with Guys and St Thomas.
