"I have really enjoyed using the 360 MSF tool. I have used it for about 16 doctors in my directorate and also 2 from other departments. Support for the process has been excellent. It is very easy to use. I do feel that it has given much needed positive feedback to most consultants who rarely get so much praise. However, it has also been an eye opener to some consultants who were oblivious to some of their own flaws that were revealed in their feedback. I don't really look at the comparison with national tables for our own specialty or all specialties combined but find the rest of it very useful. I am keen to use it again before too long."
