Our background

360 Clinical was formed on the back of the market leading doctor training company Miad back in 2003 when the surgical team (senior surgeon Mr Robert Mason is pictured below with 360 Clinical founder Jo Parker-Swift) at Guys and St Thomas' in London asked to collaborate with us on an electronic version of their successful but paper-based feedback system.

Our original questionnaire has since been superceded by that of the Royal College of Physicians - a tool designed on behalf of the Academy of Medical Royal Colleges - but the straightforward process remains throughout and we continue to attract business on account of our system functionality.

Mr Robert Mason pictured left was instrumental in devising a robust, reliable but entirely accessible assessment tool for doctors and deservedly takes considerable credit for the 360 Clinical system's market-leading functionality. Through a prolonged series of iterations - and in collaboration with statistical expertise - the system has been developed to not only meet but exceed the required level of G score. Recommended rating for an assessment tool used in conjunction with other appraisal evidence is 0.7; the 360 Clinical system hits 0.71 (peers) and 0.82 (patients)
