Jo Parker-Swift (pictured here with Michael Wright of the Department of Health's revalidation team), founder of MiAD UK and 360 Clinical has worked with Trusts, Deaneries and Royal Colleges for the past 15 years and has dedicated her career to medical appraisal and revalidation. Jo started MiAD UK in 1995 and 360 Clinical in 2002. "I have enjoyed every moment of working with the medical profession. I feel strongly that doctors should be shielded from the bureaucratic burden of appraisal, 360 and revalidation. These processes are very important and are evolving to drive quality in healthcare, but I have made it a personal quest to design systems that get the job done with minimum time and hassle to the medical profession. The key is to listen and think through the impact of every activity."
Managing Director Simon Monkman joined the team in 2008 and has headed up the development of the systems for other healthcare professionals including the highly effective KSF based tool for nurses, midwives and AHP's.
With Jo's considerable background in healthcare training and Simon's blue chip expertise in operations and business development, 360 Clinical has more than trebled in size year on year and is now firmly established as the leading authority on multi-source feedback. Both directors are particularly "hands on" and still travel widely to ensure exceptional client engagement.
