Sample Feedback Report

While we can offer doctors a whole range of possible feedback mechanics, our standard multi-source feedback report remains the most popular.

This report will show the appraisee's ratings through the entire range of questions. It will compare self assessment values with peer ratings and can also offer invaluable benchmarking data that allows comparison at several levels.

We will continue to pilot alternative outputs and are happy to listen to ad hoc requests from trusts that require a different style of report.
